Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you’ve chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you’ve chosen.

For example, if you order an item with 5–7 business days of processing time and select Standard Shipping (8–15 business days), you can expect to receive it in 13–22 business days. If you select Express Shipping (5–8 business days), you can expect to receive it in 10–15 business days.

Holidays & Delays
Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Sometimes unexpected delays occur due to thorough inspections, out-of-stock issues, or during high-volume periods.

Remote Areas
Remote areas include: Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands.
Express Shipping is not available for these locations.

Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered based on order amount after discounts. Please note that final sale items do not qualify for free shipping even if the minimum threshold is met.

Taxes, Duties & VAT
For most countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT. However, some countries (especially certain European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, and Canada) may require payment of duties or VAT according to local levying rules. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
